Lower back pain is one of the most common injuries. A large portion of the population, eighty percent (80%), will at some point in their lives, experience lower back. This is a common factor for people to see a doctor or sport therapist and be in enough pain to miss work.  With education, back exercises, back strategies and some education, people can avoid lower back pain.
